1. Bookings
Lessons are subject to availability and are confirmed once the date and time are agreed and any required payment has been received.
2. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in advance to secure a lesson.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Bridgen Academy recommends a 24-hour notice period for cancellation or rescheduling of individual lessons. Late cancellations may remain chargeable.
4. Online Lessons
Students are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and appropriate space when booking online sessions.
5. Illness & Vocal Health
Students should not feel obliged to sing through illness, pain or significant vocal difficulty. This page should be reviewed before launch to ensure the final wording matches your real business policy.
